Remove calibration and blob detection settings ; add nuitrack settings

Sadly, this looks like it might require some work, since Nuitrack config (where skeleton tracking and camera settings are) can not be updated once the depth module is running. (source : https://community.nuitrack.com/t/how-to-get-set-config-value-with-user-code/483/2)

I could try to kill the depth module, update the settings, and then restart it.
